  1. We at TAKAYA Corporation recognize the importance of protecting personal information and comply with laws, regulations and other standards regarding personal information.
  2. We collect personal information in a lawful and fair manner, clarifying the purpose and scope of use. Furthermore, we use the information we receive only for the purpose and with your consent.
  3. We will take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, falsification, loss, misuse, theft, destruction, and interference with use of collected personal information, and store it safely under strict management. We will verify the accuracy of acquired personal information and process it appropriately in response to requests from the owner of the personal information.
  4. Unless there are special circumstances, we will not disclose or provide your information to a third party without your prior consent. However, we may provide your information to a third party for the following purposes.
    Use based on laws and regulations
    We may disclose customer information when, for legal grounds or in the public interest, we are compelled to provide information to a third party by a court, public prosecutor’s office, police, administrative agency, supervisory agency, or other agency with equivalent public authority, or when we deem it appropriate to do so in order to protect human life, body, or property, there is no reasonable reason to refuse the disclosure, and it is difficult to obtain consent from the customer.

    Use for outsourcing business to outside parties
    When outsourcing operations such as processing personal information or providing products, services, documents, or information to customers to external companies, we may entrust or provide personal information to them to the minimum extent necessary to carry out such operations under our strict management.

  5. We will continually review our efforts to protect personal information and make any necessary improvements, both on a regular and irregular basis, in compliance with laws, regulations and other standards.
