We are pleased to announce that TAKAYA Corporation has been featured in the “Okayama Prefecture Special Edition” on Biz-Nova,
an industrial information platform operated by The Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun.
This feature highlights two of our key technologies:
■ Autonomous RFID Reader (IC Tag Work Record Terminal)
Developed by our RF Division, this autonomous RFID reader enables on-site completion of the entire workflow—
from IC tag reading to confirmation and data transmission—via an intuitive touch-panel interface.
When connected with the TAKAYA IoT Platform, the system allows real-time visibility of work records across all plants,
prevents human-error–related data omissions, and supports productivity improvements, bottleneck identification,
and enhanced cost management.
■ APT‑T400J Flying Probe Tester for Assembled PCBs
Our Industrial Systems Division’s new APT‑T400J inherits TAKAYA’s long‑established flying probe technology
while offering a more accessible price range.
The system provides fixture‑less testing ideal for high‑mix, low‑volume production,
featuring a 4‑axis probe configuration suitable for high‑density assemblies and a built‑in camera for additional inspection capabilities.
It helps improve inspection quality and manufacturing efficiency.
TAKAYA will continue to advance product development that supports digital transformation on the manufacturing floor
and contributes to improved quality and productivity in the industry.
