SECURITY
Takaya Corporation recognizes the importance of security measures as a responsible member of society to practice “sincere corporate activities” as defined in our CSR policy. We are committed to complying with all applicable information security laws and regulations and to achieving a highly reliable and advanced information security management system. As part of these efforts, we have established this Information Security Basic Policy to protect all information assets handled by the Company from threats such as negligence, accidents, disasters, and crime.
1.We will establish appropriate rules and frameworks to protect information assets and resources, and implement adequate human, organizational, and technical measures. Through these efforts, we strive to ensure sufficient safeguards against unauthorized access, leakage, alteration, loss, misuse, theft, destruction, and disruption of use of information assets.
2.We will establish a robust information security management system, clearly define the responsibility for managing information assets entrusted to us by customers and business partners as well as our own information assets, and clarify the duties and responsibilities of those in charge. In the event of a security incident, we will strive to promptly identify the cause and minimize any potential impact.
3.We will provide necessary education and training on the information security policy to our directors and employees (including all personnel engaged in our business) and promote awareness of the importance of information security measures among our directors, employees, and partner companies.
4.We will maintain our information security initiatives and, in response to changes in the business environment and social conditions, regularly evaluate our information security management system and the implementation of related measures, and continuously improve them.
5.This Basic Policy will be always made available by being published on our official website.
